Hangzhou to Ningbo

As you can see from the title, I've had one hectic May Day Holiday!! So I'll start from Friday, bare in mind this may take a while to read!!

Friday the end of the week, means we get to go back to Ningbo!! Thank the Lord, the company is becoming a little frustrating with all the ways they have to do the designs! Mr Chen saw my work and changed it again, because I didn't have a short sleeved top with my dungarees and a sleeveless jacket I designed to wear with a long sleeve top and trousers was wrong!! This place is a little nuts!! So i spent the next 3 hours changing it for him to come back and like the way I did it before! So I am back down to one outfit! Oh and apparently I can only design a striped short sleeved t-shirt to go under dungarees! So going back to the drawing board again, well at least my illustrator skills are going to get better!!

Miss Guo (the lady we stay with) is being a little strange with us, after the bloody fiasco on Wednesday morning of trying to get to the company, on friday she wouldn't send a driver to buy us some lunch, she offered us a bread roll! I refused and told them we needed to have lunch as we wouldn't get back to Ningbo till 10pm and I wasn't just eating a bread roll all day! Eventually they sent the driver to get us some food, beef and rice, shock!! I actually wanted KFC but beggars can't be choosers I suppose!! Oh and then after this little episode from her, when it came for us to leave to get the bus back to Ningbo, she told us we couldn't have a driver and we would need to walk and find a taxi! Without being able to speak Chinese, getting a taxi is very difficult!! I think Mr Chen got wind of what she was telling us to do, and he took us to catch our bus home, oh but not before she marched me out the building by arm, I think over here they have very little manners compared to England!!!

There is something very odd about this lady, and slowly I am beginning not to like her or like coming to the company because everything is just such a faff when we get here!! Mainly because of her! 

Anyway back to Ningbo it is! And Mexican food and Ting Tao back in Lao Waitan is just what I needed to take the edge of the 3 days we have had in Hangzhou!! Also Shanghai for 3 days is very exciting!! The Mexican was a little different as well, to what I have seen before, full of people salsa dancing, at one point i think I had a lady's hair dip in to my food! Super!! The beers went down far to easy and we moved on to Studio for a couple more before heading back to the dorm, to prepare for Shanghai!!
